Why is my drink cold?
A common reason for unexpectedly cool drinks is pouring into cold crockery. If the cup or mug hasn’t been pre-warmed, it can absorb heat from the drink, lowering its temperature noticeably. We recommend warming your cup before use - especially for espresso or smaller-volume drinks. If the issue persists even with pre-warmed crockery, it may be due to limescale build-up affecting the machine’s heating performance. In that case, please complete a full descale. If the problem continues after descaling, contact your machine supplier for further assistance.
